About

This swimwear collection is a result of my love for summer, the sea and sustainability. After sailing the world and chasing summer from coast-to-coast, I wanted to create a brand that combined confidence and conservation. 

 

January and June is made from luxurious Italian lycra, manufactured from recycled fishing nets and plastic. The pieces have been carefully designed and constructed to make all women feel bold, confident and above all beautiful.

The name stems from the idea that no matter the season, it’s always summer somewhere in the world.

So fall in love with someone
who feels like the warmth of the sun
on a cold June morning,
but soothes your heart
like the cool water of the sea
on the hottest day of January.

Traveling around the world on sail boats enabled me to experience first hand how pollution is affecting our oceans. With the ocean covering more than 70 percent of our planet, I feel strongly about this cause and have manufactured our swimwear using sustainable fabric as a result.
